Greetings WPSD,

Organizing Oaklands ride to AZ. Thus far 4 confirmed. Leaving Oakland April 14 arrive 15. Leave Sunday 18th. Our proposed leisurely scenic route: day 1 to barstow, then day 2 Barstow to Flagstaff down to scottsdale.
Seeing how many from SD are coming and whether you want to meet up in barstow or Scottsdale.

Hope to see some faces.   :chop: :chop: :chop: :chop: :chop:

Unfortuatley for us the Scottsdale Bike week is the same week of the Yuma Prison Run. So we have decided not to go to Scottsdale and go to The Yuma Prison Run. We are very upset that the dates changed for the AZ Bike week.... If you are going a weekend earlier I would love to come out and visit. We Love Sottsdale very much, we have always had a blast and this was a very hard decision to make. If you guys do not have reservations as of yet I know the Scottsdale Thunderbird suites contacted us and offered us a really good deal. Thanks again for the Heads up...

Yuma is only 200 miles from Scottsdale, maybe we can set up a day ride to see you guys. 1 day at the event is all we need and as you know Oaklands just in it for the ride :ride: :ride: :ride: :ride: :ride: :ride:

We do not have reservations yet, can I get the contact info for that place, gracias.

Well after some discussion, the only day we would be able to meet half way would be on Saturday, how ever if take off to come and visit (which we all agreed we would love to do) we would be missig out on all the activities at Yuma, Registration is Friday, Saturday is all the Events, Sunday we ride home. Thank you for inviting us to meet with you guys.

I know we will all miss going to Scottsdale this year, lets hope that the date changes back to the original dates next year.
